LCM’s provision of expertise may be in the form of direct engagement with the end client or engagement via a service partner, however, the management and governance of the delivery by the service partner remains with LCM whilst the overall engagement and delivery is commercially underwritten by the service partner. This is to ensure that the end client business and commercial risks are tied to a financially stable and sustainable legal entity.

LCM does not publically advertise its’ services and the collaboration and engagement with client and partner is by invitation and referral only. The business does not compete with its’ partners or clients and instead works in a supporting role where competition arises. LCM services are advertised as part of the client or partner service portfolio.
